DabaRix Privacy Policy
DabaRix is an AI-assisted Bible study and sermon preparation app operated by Elentor Inc., a Delaware, USA company ("Elentor", "we", "us"). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. Questions or requests: support@dabarix.com.
In short: we keep your account and the study content you save so the app works across your devices. When you use an AI feature, the text you enter is sent to AI providers to produce the answer, and we do not send them your name, email address or account ID. We do not sell your personal information, and the app has no advertising or behavioural analytics.
1. Information we collect
Account information. When you sign up with email and password we collect your email address and a password, which our authentication provider stores only in hashed form (we cannot read it). If you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address and profile identifier from Google. We ask you to confirm your email address before you can use the app.
Profile and plan information. Your plan (Free, Pro or Ministry), subscription status and expiry date, display theme and language preference. If a partner referred you to DabaRix, we record the referral so the partner can be credited.
Content you create. Sermon drafts, sermon series, study notes, bookmarks, highlights and custom themes. These are saved to your account so they sync across your devices. Some interface settings (for example text size, audio settings and the last tool you opened) are kept only in your browser's local storage.
What you enter into AI tools. The passage, theme, question or text you type into an AI feature, and your conversation history in Bible chat for that session.
Voice. If you use the Live Mentor voice feature, your microphone audio is streamed to the voice service while the session is active. If you use read-aloud, the text being read is sent to generate the audio.
Usage information. How many AI requests you make each day, the approximate size of those requests, and their estimated cost, so we can prevent abuse and manage our costs.
Payment records. If you subscribe, payment is handled by our billing service (see section 3). We keep a record of your plan, payment status and payment reference. We do not store your card number. For bank-transfer or cash payments, our team records the payment against your account.
Technical information. Like any web service, our hosting and the third-party services listed below can see your IP address and basic device and browser details when your device connects to them.
2. How we use your information
- To provide the app: sign you in, sync your content, and deliver AI features.
- To run your subscription, confirm payments, and credit referral partners.
- To send you service emails: email confirmation, password reset, and a small number of welcome and feedback emails after you sign up (a welcome note from our CEO the day after sign-up, and a request for your feedback after seven days).
- To keep the service secure, prevent abuse, and manage costs.
- To support you when you contact us.
- To improve DabaRix, using aggregate usage counts rather than your content.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your sermons, notes or AI conversations for advertising.
3. Who we share information with
We use service providers to run DabaRix. They process information only to provide their service to us, under their own terms and privacy policies.

We may add or change AI providers over time to keep features reliable and affordable. When we do, we will update this policy. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights and our users, or as part of a merger or sale of the business (we would tell you first).
4. How AI features handle your information
When you use an AI feature, your request is sent from our servers (not directly from your device) to one or more AI providers. We choose the provider automatically based on your plan and on availability, and may use another provider if the first is unavailable.
- What is sent: the text you enter and the instructions our app adds (for example "write a sermon outline"). We do not send your name, email address, password or account identifier to AI providers.
- What we keep: we keep usage counts and cost estimates, not the text of your prompts or the AI's answers, unless you choose to save a result (for example a sermon draft), which is then stored in your account.
- How providers handle it: we use the providers' API services (not their consumer chat apps). What each provider does with the content it receives, including how long it keeps it, is governed by that provider's own API terms and privacy policy, linked above.
- Please be careful: do not enter confidential counselling details, other people's private information, or anything you would not want processed by an external service. AI output can be wrong, so always check it against Scripture.
- Scripture: verse wording shown in the app comes from published Bible texts, not from AI. The AI is instructed to cite references rather than produce its own verse wording.
5. Where your information is processed
Our servers and database are located in the United States (Google Cloud), and our providers may process information in the United States and other countries. If you are outside the United States, your information will be transferred internationally. Where the law requires it, we use appropriate safeguards for those transfers.
6. How long we keep information
- Account, profile and saved content: for as long as your account exists.
- Payment records: for as long as needed to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
- Usage and cost counters: for as long as needed to run, secure and budget the service.
- If you ask us to delete your account, we will act on your request in line with applicable law, except for records we are required to keep.
7. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your information, to restrict or object to certain processing, or to withdraw consent where we rely on it. Write to support@dabarix.com from the email address on your account. You can edit or delete your saved content inside the app at any time. You can opt out of the welcome and feedback emails by replying to them or contacting us (service emails such as password resets will still be sent). Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.
8. Security
We use industry-standard protections: encrypted connections, hashed passwords, access controls on our database, and restricted staff access. Authorised Elentor staff can view account and subscription details to provide support and manage subscriptions, and their administrative actions are logged. No online service can be perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.
9. Cookies and local storage
DabaRix uses cookies and browser storage that are necessary to keep you signed in, remember your settings and make the app work offline. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics in the app or on this website.
10. Children
DabaRix is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
We will post any changes on this page and update the date above. If a change is significant (for example, adding a new kind of AI provider), we will also notify you in the app or by email.
